Dutch Holland Government Scholarships 2025 (Funded)

This scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science as well as several Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences. A total of 41 universities are participating under the Dutch Holand Scholarship 2025.

The scholarship amounts to € 5,000. You will receive this in the first year of your studies. Please note that this is not a full scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for Non-EEA Applicants to Dutch Higher Education Institutions’ Full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s Programs”

To be considered eligible for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Nationality: Applicants must be non-EEA nationals.

Program Type: Applicants must apply for full-time bachelor’s or master’s programs at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions.

Specific Requirements: Applicants must fulfill the specific requirements of the institution they are applying to. These requirements are available on the institution’s website.

Educational Background: Applicants must not hold a degree from an educational institution in the Netherlands.
