In the first year of their studies, recipients of the H-ZES will receive a Holland Scholarship amount of € 5000. For the remaining duration of their program, they will be eligible for the Zuyd Excellence Scholarship, which can provide a maximum net discount of €3600 on tuition fees.
To continue receiving the H-ZES, students must maintain a minimum of 45 credits per academic year, and their progress will be monitored annually. Renewal of the scholarship is subject to the nominal duration of the program concerned.
It is important to note that applications for the H-ZES are evaluated on an individual basis and are subject to supply and demand, with priority given to applications in order of arrival. As such, interested students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to increase their chances of receiving this enhanced scholarship opportunity.

Application Criteria
To be considered eligible for the Holland-Zuyd Excellence Scholarship, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
Nationality: Applicants must not hold EU/EEA, Swiss, or Surinamese nationality.
Zuyd Student Number: Applicants must have received their Zuyd student number through Studielink.
Specific Requirements: Applicants must meet the specific requirements of the study program they are applying for.
Tuition Fees: Applicants must be required to pay the highest institutional tuition fees.
Residence: Applicants must reside in the Netherlands during their study period.

How To Apply
Applicants who are not selected for the Holland – Zuyd Excellence Scholarship (H-ZES) will automatically be considered for the Zuyd Excellence Scholarship (ZES) after 1 June.
